This Refund Policy applies to all products and services provided by Sarah Clay trading as The Office Fixer (“we”, “us”, “our”).
Due to the nature of digital products and online services, refunds are handled differently to physical goods. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
2. Digital Products (Downloads, Templates, Guides)
All digital product purchases are final.
Once you have been granted access to a digital product (such as a PDF, template, or download), you lose your right to cancel under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. This is because the product is delivered immediately and cannot be “returned.”
We do not offer refunds for:
~ Change of mind
~ Deciding it’s not what you expected
~ Not having time to use the product
If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will resolve it.
3. Programmes and Online Courses
Due to the nature of digital content and immediate access, purchases of programmes and online courses are non-refundable unless otherwise stated on the specific sales page.
You are responsible for:
~ Reviewing the programme details before purchase
~ Ensuring it is suitable for your needs
Any timelines, outcomes, or results mentioned are not guaranteed and depend on your own implementation.
4. Membership
If you join a membership:
~ Payments are taken on a recurring basis (monthly or as stated at purchase)
~ You may cancel at any time
When you cancel:
~ You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
~ No further payments will be taken
~ No partial refunds will be issued for unused time
We do not provide refunds for:
~ Forgetting to cancel before your renewal date
~ Not using the membership
~ Deciding it is no longer suitable
5. Exceptions
We will consider a refund in the following circumstances:
~ You have been charged in error
~ You experience a genuine technical fault that prevents access and cannot be resolved
~ We are required to do so under UK law
Any requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
6. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you have any issues with your purchase, please contact us first so we can resolve the problem.
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in:
~ Immediate loss of access to products or services
~ Refusal of future purchases
